Social work consultation and case management, transportation, and emergency financial aid are among the many services offered.

Education

HAPS provides numerous programs throughout the year to educate and raise awareness about Parkinson's disease.

Community

Fundraising events offer the opportunity to build community and raise important funds for programs and services.
